An excellent mahogany Scottish drumhead longcase/grandfather clock.

The 8 day duration movement with anchor escapement and striking the hours on a bell. The 13" diameter silvered brass dial with engraved Roman numerals and showing both seconds and date.

The mahogany case with good flame veneers throughout with reeded quarter columns to the trunk and recessed panel to the base with bracket feet. The drumhead hood with glazed concave brass bezel.
