The 8 day duration five pillar movement striking the hours on a bell with anchor escapement and large brass bob pendulum. The 12" arched brass dial with separate silvered brass chapter ring and engraved centre showing both seconds and date. With Strike/Silent feature to the arch.

The mahogany case of typical London style. The long door flanked by brass inlaid and reeded quarter columns. The base with raised shaped panel above a double plinth. The hood with separate brass inlaid angle pillars and with arch top with pierced fret with three brass finials.
